Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary from 5-7 business days.

Order Shipment:

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at [your email].

No Shipping outside the USA.

Shipping Options

In most cases, furniture is shipped using more than one carton from the factory to your location. Manufacturers use a variety of freight companies and carriers with whom they have established relationships. We ship directly from our manufacturers. Freight shipping standards differ from other parcel delivery services such as UPS and FedEx. Parcels are generally smaller, lighter-weight boxes. The maximum weight for most parcels is approximately 65 pounds. Office furniture typically weighs more, and the cartons are usually larger. These shipments are performed by freight companies using a common carrier.
Our manufacturers determine whether your shipment will be performed through a parcel carrier or via a common carrier. When a common carrier freight truck delivers your shipment, they will only deliver to a street address, not to a particular office or suite within your building, unless prior arrangements are made. The common carrier driver will park his truck in an accessible location, open the rear door, and move your cartons to the rear of the truck, and their job is complete. The customer recipient is responsible for moving the cartons from the rear of the truck into the home or office building. The receiving party is responsible for inspecting and offloading all cartons.
This option usually arrives at your doorstep 5-7 days after you submit your order. Other options are available; however, they may incur additional fees. Please contact us for more information about these prior to ordering.
Threshold Shipping: This involves bringing the item onto your porch or into a sheltered garage area.
